Return Window
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original parts and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Closvy will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
